WHO IS
CONCEITEDFIT?
The story behind the curves, the confidence, and the mindset.
The story behind the curves, the confidence, and the mindset.
We help women build their bodies from the glutes — I mean, the ground — up, so they can step into the hottest, strongest version of themselves and move through the world like they know it.
They were right about one thing: girls are taught to shrink themselves.
Here, we do the opposite.
At Conceited Fit, everything gets bigger — confidence, strength, expectations… and yes, the glutes. This isn’t about punishment, obsession, or chasing someone else’s body. It’s about falling in love with fitness, loving what you see in the mirror, and realizing you were never meant to play small in the first place.
Conceited Fit is for the girls and the gains —
and we’re just getting started.

Founder & Certified Personal Trainer, Conceited Fit
I started Conceited Fit after realizing the hardest part of fitness isn’t the workouts — it’s the commitment to yourself.
We’re taught that putting ourselves first is selfish, but here, it’s the standard.
Conceited Fit was built to teach women how to create structure without burnout, progress without pressure, and confidence without apology.
It’s not about being perfect — it’s about finally showing up for yourself with intention, consistency, and discipline that actually lasts.
No shortcuts. No shots.
Just real work and real results.
This is the story behind Conceited Fit
— and the body that built it.
Growing up, I was always an active girl — volleyball from 7th through 12th grade, always moving, never sitting still. When I got to college, the gym became part of my routine, and like a lot of women, I became obsessed with growing my glutes and shaping my body.
I tried everything — influencers, YouTube workouts, guides, bands, protein — always hoping for a shortcut. What I learned instead was that real results come from structure, consistency, and intention. Once I cut out the noise and focused on progressive training and eating in a way that fit my lifestyle, everything started to change.
Now, I’m proud of what I see in the mirror — not just the gains, but the discipline and confidence behind them. My mission is simple: to help women build bodies they love and fall in love with the process along the way. You’re not here to become someone else — you’re here to become the best version of you, and I’d love to help you get there.
